Listings and buildings can have different agents assigned and displayed. This gives your website and listings that extra personal touch and is especially beneficial for brokerages and real estate teams.

Assigning an Agent to a Listing


#1 - Navigate to MANAGE LISTINGS and edit the listing you would like to assign an agent to.


#2 - Scroll to the bottom to the "Agents & Brokerages" section. Use the drop down to select the Agent/Agents you would like to assign to that listing. Save listing. 




Assigning the agent to a listing will allow a more personalized listing details page. Especially for Brokerages and real estate teams, this can highlight the listing agent and their contact details and allow for a more direct leads.

Assigning an Agent to a Building

If your website is setup with the Buildings module, you are able to assign an Agent to a specific building.

#1 - Navigate to MANAGE BUILDINGS and edit the building you would like to assign an agent to.



#2 - Navigate to the "LEADS & ACCESS" tab of the Building. Select an Agent from the drop down and save building.
