Your Brixwork backend makes it easy to give your team members, realtors or digital/content management staff access to manage your website content, agent information and listings.


There are 4 user levels: Admin, Manager, Agent, and Content Manager. Below is an overview of the various roles available with their permission levels.

Admin

The Admin role holds the highest level of access within the Brixwork backend. Administrators have the authority to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Create and manage agents and their info
  • Create and edit page content, including text content, images and page SEO
  • Manage listings and buildings
  • Manage cities
  • Access and modify website settings, including site title, social links, listing settings and tracking code insertion

Manager

They can:

  • Create and manage listings and buildings
  • Create and manage agents and their info
  • Create and edit page content, including text content, images and page SEO
  • Manage cities

Agent

Agents have a more focused access. This role is vital for real estate agents who manage properties, granting them full access to edit listings and building details. They can:

  • Create and manage listings and buildings

Content Manager 

Content managers and digital marketers can enjoy access, allowing them to efficiently manage content and SEO tasks throughout the website. They can:

  • Manage agents
  • Create and manage listings and buildings
  • Manage cities
  • Create and edit page content, including text content, images and page SEO
