When copy-pasting from Word documents or other sources, the formatting from the source may try to carry over to your website descriptions. This may not be desirable if you want the paragraph to match what the site theme should be as our engineers set it up when coding your website.
To ensure the content is entered without style overrides that may mess up the consistency of the website, we recommend that you enter the content as RAW TEXT without any styles preserved. There are two ways to do this.
Before you paste the content using the regular way (Ctrl + V or Command + V), use the Edit => Paste As Text option.
- Alternatively, after you pasted the content, you can select the entire block of content then click the "remove style" button (The T button with the small x).
