To point your domain to our servers to activate your new Brixwork website, your domain's A-Record must point to our servers.
IMPORTANT: If you already have an existing live website DO NOT follow these steps until your new Brixwork site is ready to go live! Only do so after our tech support has advised you that this is the next step to take.
Method 1 - Set Your Nameserver To Our Cloud
Our 2 nameservers are the following:

How to change nameservers of your domain on common domain registrars:
- How to change your domain's nameservers on Godaddy - Choose the option "I'll use my own nameservers" from the dropdown list.
- How to change your domain's nameservers on Namecheap - Choose the option "Custom Nameservers" from the dropdown list.
Once your nameserver is pointed to us, our servers are responsible for every aspect of the domain's operation including email routing to the right Our tech support team will set up your MX Records, SPF/TXT records as needed before you change your nameserver to us. If you have any CRMs or management software running under subdomains (i.e. contact.[yourdomain.com] leads to a fully independent CRM platform) please notify us so we can replicate those connections as well.
Method 2 - Set The A-Record To Our Server
Alternatively, if you wish to retain control of your domain DNS records for everything, and simply your domain to your Brixwork website, you can set the A-record to point to our server IPs.
Our server IP for the A-records (for both www and non-www) is:

If you want our support team to handle this instead, you can grant us safe delegated access to your domain account without compromising your password (never share your password!)
- How to grant delegated access to your domain on Godaddy - please use support@brixwork.com as the target account.
- How to grant delegated access to your domain on Namecheap - please use "brixwork" as the username to grant access to.
Once granted delegated access, our tech support team set the nameserver or the A-record of your domain to activate your new Brixwork website, while ensuring your email and other services remain uninterrupted.
